Once the draft has been sent, there will be no changes in the pictures. Please make sure you send the correct pictures the first go round.
Make sure ALL pics are clear, refrain from low resolution pictures, and non fuzzy. Bad resolution pics can delay your processing and also cause bad resolution on your stole.

Please be mindful of the pictures you are using and the resolution. Dark pictures will not show clearly on the stoles. Please make sure to send clear high resolution pictures for better quality.

Processing time is up to 5-8 "BUSINESS" days or SOONER. You will receive a mock up of the stole for approval during that time frame before it is shipped. Please make sure you are monitoring your inbox or email for quicker shipping. If no response received or slow response, this also will delay your processing.
