Shipping Policy

PRODUCTION + SHIPPING & HANDLING

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 9-14 business days for your order to be processed. 

SHIPPING + DELIVERY

  • USPS Ground Shipping & USPS Shipping : allow 7-10 business days from the receipt of shipping notification to receive your purchase.

  • Priority Shipping (when applicable): allow up to 2-5  business days from the receipt of shipping notification to receive your purchase.

  • Rush Order (additional charge): 

Upgrade to rush shipping and get your item pushed to the front of the line and get priority or express shipping. Your items will ship in 1-5 days. If you have more than two items, you must purchase additional rush orders options. Each listing covers two (2) items. 

  • Overnight Shipping: Currently we DO NOT offer overnight shipping.

 

***NOTE: Production and Shipping times vary and are listed on the "details" tab of EACH item. During the holiday season and/or times of high demand, some orders may be delayed due to increased volume so please allow extra time. It is your responsibility to look at this before making your purchase.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES + RETURNED PACKAGES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Once you receive your tracking number, your shipping address cannot be changed. As the customer, you are responsible for entering your address correctly. If a package is returned to us because of the wrong address, the customer must pay to have it reshipped.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Please check your tracking number for updates on delivery. If your tracking says Delivered, but you have not received it, contact your local USPS office, and open a missing package case first. Please check with your neighbors and/or leasing office (if you live in an apartment complex) if they may have received on your behalf.

SHIPPING DAMAGES

Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery company's responsibility. Claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier. Although the addressee must initiate damage claims against the shipper, we will be happy to assist you.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.Unfortunately, the USPS does lose packages from time to time. Please note, once your shipping confirmation/tracking number is sent to you, we no longer have it in our possession, and we have no influence as to what happens after it makes it to the post office. We reserve the right to determine when/if an order will be re-sent depending on the circumstances and size of the order.  

 

Shipping is 3-5 business days unless the item states preorder.

International shipping is 5-10 business days unless the item states preorder.

Preorders are 12-20 business days.

Packages are mailed via USPS and UPS & a tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address you provided us during checkout.

Tracking may take up to 24-48 hours to update on the USPS or UPS website.

AJ UNIQUE CREATIONS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/STOLEN SHIPMENTS. If your tracking says delivered, please contact USPS or UPS for more info. 

 

If you input an incorrect address at checkout and your package has been sent out, you will need to contact USPS or UPS to change your address. If your package ends up getting sent back to us, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges in order for us to resend your package. 

If you have questions or concerns about delays in the shipping process, once the item is in the possession of the USPS or UPS, please contact USPS or UPS and inquire.

Once orders are shipped, we have no control over the process and cannot answer questions about delays, returned, lost, or miss sent packages. Tracking updates on the USPS or UPS website can take up to 48 hours once shipped.​

 SIZE SHIRTS

We only sell sizes small - 2XL if you need a bigger size, it will be extra you will have to email for a larger size so I can order it.

We only refund if we are sold out or have backorder that takes 2 weeks or more to come.

ALL SALES FINAL. ONCE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, WE CANNOT CANCEL IT.
